Made in a minimalist winemaking style, we gently guide the fruit from juice to wine. 2015 Vintage 

2015 was another warm dry year which resulting in great growing conditions for the grapes. The heat raises the sugar levels and intensifies the flavors as the grape ripens. We allow the juice to soak on the grape skins where it develops the deep dark color you see in the glass. An extra light press is used to ensure we only get the highest quality juice.
